I am pumped for this week! Today is a busy day for me. I have to clean up the weekend mess, make Peter's B-Day cake, & take the kids to piano. Peter is picking up the cow we bought and choosing the cuts of meat we want. If I can get it all done, I can work on the other things for the week. The playroom will take a few hours, as will putting together the shelf reliance. So wish me luck!!
I totally left this comment earlier today, I wonder why it isn't here! My day is busy too, Abe has his 15 month appt. and I'm meeting a friend for lunch to pay her for our accommodations for Ken and I's secret romantic getaway. I don't know how much else I will get done, but hopefully I can at least tackle something!
ReplyDeleteKim, you guys are having a secret romantic getaway??
ReplyDeleteI've gotten off to a good start so far... but when I was making a mental to-do list I forgot we are going VT this morning, so I need to re-think my plan. Here we go... it's laundry day!
Today is a CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN day for me, I am just finishing breakfast and blogs, then off to work! First Laundry, then my room, Kitchen (including pantry and table legs), front room, bathrooms, family room and vacuum. Wish me luck!
ReplyDeleteAndrea, it was supposed to be a secret, but I ended up having to tell Ken about it, so the "secret" part is just a joke now. Anyway, I've been watching my friend's kids a couple of times a month and saving all the $$ I made. I booked us a long weekend at Edisto beach (just outside of Charleston, SC) in March. I thought we just needed to get away before the new baby comes. Tami is keeping Abe for us. I'm super excited. Our friends got us accomodations at this time share: https://www.wyndhamvacationresorts.com/ffr/resort/details.do?id=0015
ReplyDeletefor only $90 a night! Anyway, we are so excited.
